Why does it seem like the oil companies wants us to THANK THEM every time they lower the price of fuel?

... by calling them ';pamaskong rollbacks';. Yes the lowering of prices is always good news, but you're paying an amount at the pump that should have been set at that level weeks, if not months, ago and they dare call it ';pamaskong rollback';?

They should be kissing OUR butts for putting up with their greed for so long. Why does it seem like the oil companies wants us to THANK THEM every time they lower the price of fuel?
they want us to feel like we have ';utang na loob'; towards them. easier for them to call the shots in the future. Why does it seem like the oil companies wants us to THANK THEM every time they lower the price of fuel?
Every high profile firm needs their own Image Department. And remember that the people who put up these slogans and ads have their own families to feed.

Just think of that this way so that you may accept the hurt and the ';adding insult to injury'; in our sensibilities.

Because by the obvious lies they make, they are able to put food on the table. Think of it as our Christmas gifts to their kids, that we let it go for now, until oil climbs back up again, and the very people who lie today shall have a very hard time justifying the truth, when they have to pull the prices back up again.

Yes, they want us to thank them whenever they are able to moderate their greed.

So that we can look back at these BLESSINGS from them when they want to kill us again with astronomic pump prices at the slightest movement in world crude oil prices. Because they want to be able to adjust upwards IMMEDIATELY, knowing that we are still grateful for the ';pamaskong rollback';. Heh!
Let them gloat in their hubris now....

Some of them will beg for the privilege of sucking your d/u/cks for food once hydrogen fuel, solar and other innovative and sustainable sources of energy finally take over from fossil fuels as the primary sources of energy for industry and transport in the near future.
';pamaskong rollbacks';? That is pure B.S. and we all know it. It's not like they reduced prices out of the goodness of their hearts. Prices of gaso went down considerably everywhere, not just in the Philippines. And benevolence on the part of oil companies has nothing to do with it.
Everyone knows that they're greedy bloodsucking b@$+@rd$ so any chance they get to try and make themselves look good, they take.

It's called having ';makapal na mukha';.
en da pilipinis, the poor will always kiss buttoxes op da rits en peymus. it's the law.
Its Marketing
Just their way of letting you know it is temporary.
salestalks or sale stalks
gimmick pure and simple! we're consumers they should thank us.
