the price quoted will include whatever is replaced. Buy a manual from e bay or there might be a chance if you live near a large scrap dealer,that they have just acquired your model of car and they may have a manual that you can have for a couple of quid.Does the price of a car service inc everything they replace (plugs, oil etc) or will i pay extra for that?
well as far as the manual goes, you can either get one at the dealership for your car or get a repair manual like a chilton or haynes.
the repair manual is in depth about everything on your car, but also shows maintenance and that too.
If you type the year make and model then manual into google you might find something too.

As far as the service, i would ask around for a local mechanic that does honest/good work. the dealership will overcharge you for pretty much everything.
You might not be able to get one free at all. there is no website like www.getyourfreemanualhere.co.uk and if there was they would likely get in trouble as the manuals are copyrighted like any other book.
You will have to buy one.
Ask the garage for a fixed price including parts and consumables and that is what they should give you if that is what you want before they start the job. if they refuse then don't let them do it and take it elsewhere.
Until the garage does the service they will not know which parts need replacing, e.g. brake pads, exhaust. bulbs etc. These will all be additions to the bill. I doubt you will get a free manual but you will probably find a Haynes manual on ebay for around a tenner.
It depends entirely on the level of service you request. If you want just an oil service they will do that. likewise if you want all filters %26amp; plugs changed then they will do that. It will then be charged accordingly.
When a shop gives you an estimate of repairs it includes parts and labor.
