Are you looking for specific nutriant ? Cod liver oil tablets are indeed available over the counter and need no prescription. Its however a good practice to check with your physician before you star this. You may also try the Omega -3 fatty acid tablets availble in any of the medical stores.
I havent been able to find out Krill oil tablets so far though.
